Villkor (Terms of Service)

Omfattning och accept

De här villkoren (“Villkor”) gäller för användning av mitt innehåll och min webbplats (“Tjänsten”). Genom att få åtkomst till eller använda Tjänsten accepterar du dessa Villkor. Om du inte accepterar dem ska du inte använda Tjänsten.

Jag är en individuell innehållsskapare – inte ett företag. Tjänsten tillhandahålls “i befintligt skick” och kan förändras eller avbrytas utan föregående meddelande.

Ej rådgivning

Inget i Tjänsten utgör finansiell, juridisk, skatterättslig eller annan professionell rådgivning. All information är av allmän och utbildande karaktär. Du ansvarar själv för beslut du fattar och bör vid behov rådgöra med kvalificerad rådgivare.

Behörighet

Du måste följa gällande lagar i din jurisdiktion. Tjänsten är inte avsedd för barn. Genom att använda Tjänsten bekräftar du att du har rättslig kapacitet att ingå detta avtal.

Innehåll & äganderätt

Allt eget innehåll jag publicerar (text, grafik, video, kod m.m.) ägs av mig eller licensieras till mig. Tredjepartsvarumärken och material tillhör respektive ägare.

Begränsad licens

Jag ger dig en icke-exklusiv, icke-överförbar och återkallelig licens att personligen visa och använda Tjänsten för icke-kommersiella syften. All annan användning (inkl. kopiering, vidarepublicering, massnedladdning, automatiserad skrapning eller kommersiell exploatering) kräver mitt uttryckliga skriftliga tillstånd.

Tillåten användning

• Inget olagligt, kränkande, trakasserande eller intrång i andras rättigheter.
• Ingen distribution av skadlig kod, spam eller störande aktivitet.
• Ingen kringgående av tekniska skydd eller åtkomst till icke avsett innehåll.
• Ingen scraping, datamining eller bulk-hämtning utan skriftligt tillstånd.

Tredjepart & länkar

Tjänsten kan länka till eller förlita sig på tredjepartsplattformar (t.ex. YouTube, Patreon). Jag ansvarar inte för deras innehåll, policyer eller tillgänglighet. Din användning av dem regleras av deras egna villkor.

Ansvarsfriskrivning

Tjänsten tillhandahålls “i befintligt skick” och “i mån av tillgänglighet”, utan några som helst garantier – uttryckliga eller underförstådda – inklusive men inte begränsat till riktighet, tillgänglighet, lämplighet för visst ändamål eller icke-intrång.

Ansvarsbegränsning

I den utsträckning lagen tillåter ansvarar jag inte för indirekta skador, följdskador, förlorad vinst, uteblivna besparingar, dataförlust eller skador hänförliga till beslut fattade utifrån Tjänsten. Mitt sammanlagda ansvar, om något, är strikt begränsat till högst ett (1) euro.

Ändringar & upphörande

Jag kan uppdatera Villkoren och ändra eller avsluta Tjänsten när som helst. Fortsatt användning efter ändringar innebär att du accepterar de uppdaterade Villkoren.

Tillämplig lag

Dessa Villkor styrs av svensk rätt. Eventuella tvister ska avgöras av svensk domstol med Stockholms tingsrätt som första instans.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
• No malware, spam, or disruptive conduct.
• No bypassing of technical controls or access to unintended content.
• No scraping, data mining, or bulk harvesting without written permission.

Third-party & links

The Service may link to or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Patreon). I am not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including but not limited to accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, lost profits, lost savings, data loss, or damages arising from decisions based on the Service. My aggregate liability, if any, is strictly limited to one (1) euro.

Changes & termination

I may update these Terms and modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Sweden, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
